Please note that my supplier is currently experiencing production and shipping delays due to COVID-19. Your patience is much appreciated.

Processing times

All artwork is made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for the processing of orders.

Shipping times

NSW / VIC / QLD / ACT / SA

  • Metro: 2-4 weeks

  • Regional: 3-5 weeks

WA / NT / TAS

  • All areas: 3-5 weeks

Please note that while I try to ensure to keep to these processing and shipping times I cannot 100% guarantee this.

International Shipping

The prices listed on this website do not include any additional duties or taxes which may or may not need to be paid to customs when transporting goods internationally.

If you are located outside of Australia I suggest that you check with your local customs office prior to purchasing as Tom Radcliff Visuals does not accept responsibility for any additional charges. These additional charges will need to be paid by the purchaser. Please ensure that you are aware of the cost of shipping internationally before you make your purchase.

Tom Radcliff Visuals cannot guarantee against the safety or loss in international transit, or the overall timing.

Please contact me with your full address (including country), which prints you're after and I will provide you with a quote. I accept PayPal or direct debit (details upon request) for these types of orders. Prices are in AUD.

Tracking an order

Once your order has been shipped, I will send you an email with the tracking number and courier service used. Please allow up to 1 business day for the tracking to become active.

Returns & Exchanges

As all prints are made to order unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been shipped, in transit or already received. However please contact me and we'll still do our best to help out in whatever way we can to ensure a satisfactory result.

Damages

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact me. Once this is done, I can begin organising a replacement for you.
